I decided to create this blog to share my experiences, thoughts, and lessons through my cancer journey. As I have discovered veganism, good books, and inspiring arts along the way, this is a delicious, thought provoking, and creative healing journey.

When's dinner? Keep on eating that quinoa homegirl!!! :0) And how was that jerk chicken?
No jerk chicken but the jerk sausage was used for the jerk pizza. It was amazing by the way. The crust was very tasty and made from Jamaican sweet potatoes. Definitely need to make this one again.
