I read this really interesting article today called:
'The Cancer Club': Do Thyroid Patients Belong? by Jackie B-F on Kairol Rosenthal's "Everything Changes: The Insider's Guide to Cancer in Your 20s and 30s" website
I could relate to the feeling sometimes of being at support groups or cancer-related events or workshops. "What am I doing here, I had thyroid cancer?" (The best cancer according to many people because it is so cureable.) Sometimes I feel like an imposter. Jackie B-F hit it on the head when she said that radioactive Isolation became her 'right of passage'. No one has kicked me out of the Cancer Club yet.
